Our entire staff at Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home, Inc. is constantly striving to be the best at helping families through a most difficult time in their lives. In addition to the Graziano family, most of our staff are local residents who care about local families. We consider families in our care as our friends and neighbors and they will be treated as such, no matter where they are from.
John A. Graziano - President and Supervisor
John is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He received his funeral director's license in 1983 and began his career working with his father, John V. Graziano, at the Graziano Funeral Home in Jeannette, PA.
Professionally, he is a member of the National Funeral Directors Assoc., the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Assoc.,and a member and current president of the Westmoreland, Indiana, and Armstrong County Funeral Directors Assoc.
A member of St. Vincent Basilica Parish in Latrobe, his community involvements include being a member and past two term president of the Latrobe Rotary Club, past board member of the Latrobe and Unity Township Municipal Authorities, past board member and chairman of the Chestnut Ridge Chapter of the American Red Cross, member of the Knights of Columbus,Latrobe Elks, and Latrobe Eagles.
His favorite pastimes include spending time with his family, fly fishing, musky fishing, and spending time outdoors.
Lisa Graziano - Office and Support Staff Manager
John's wife Lisa, handles the day to day operations of the funeral home and is experienced in all aspects of the administrative duties that cross her desk.
Her attention to detail helps the entire staff do their best to make sure everything is just right.
She is also an integral part of the support staff at the funeral home helping families with anything that they might need.
She helps with our aftercare program providing assistance with insurance claims, veterans benefits, social security issues and any other issue that may arise.
As important as the above duties are, one of her most important roles is being a full time mom making sure everything at home is ok, and her husband and three teenage children are on the right track.
Maria Graziano - Funeral Director
Maria is a full-time funeral director at the funeral home, assisting in all aspects of funeral service. She also helps manage, update and create content for the funeral home website and Facebook page, as well as create and design keepsake videos for families.
She is a 2015 graduate of Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing. While completing her education as a local Bearcat, Maria also attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. She graduated from the mortuary science program in the Spring of 2016 with an Associate in Specialized Technology Degree in Funeral Service Arts and Sciences.
Johnny Graziano - Funeral Home Assistant
Johnny works part-time at the funeral home when he is home from college during the summer and over holiday breaks. He assists with business operations, visitations, and services.
He is currently pursuing a degree in Architectural Engineering at Penn State University and hopes to attend the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science once he completes his bachelor's degree.
Kim Cramer - Funeral Director & Pre-Need Specialist
Kim is a licensed funeral director and has been the pre-need specialist at the funeral home since March of 2013.
Kim received her associate’s degree with honors in 2002 from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, piloting the online program at the school. In addition, Kim is a licensed life insurance agent in the state of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Westmoreland Indiana Armstrong Funeral Directors Association.
Kim’s prior experiences in the funeral profession have given her the understanding of the benefits of prearranging one’s funeral. She is passionate about her profession and helping families give a lasting gift of love to their family in preplanning funeral arrangements.
