Joseph Emanuele of Greensburg left to be with our Lord Tuesday, December 11, 2018. He was born May 5, 2001, the son of Alan and Rebecca Emanuele and sibling to Maria and Angela Emanuele. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Samuel and Rose Marie “Dolly” Emanuele, and his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Patricia Ludvik. He was a Junior at Mount Pleasant Senior High School, class of 2020, and employed by Norvelt Golf Club.
Joseph was the best son a mother and father could ask for. He was loving, joyful, kind, thoughtful, respectful, hardworking, and generous. He brought so much love and joy into our lives. He is loved beyond measure and will be missed more than our words can express. Joseph had such a kind and loving heart. Even when people were unkind to him, he gave nothing but kindness in return. He was loyal to his friends and family.
Joseph enjoyed spending time with his friends, especially Hunter, Damien and Brennen. He loved off road four wheeling with them, caking his jeep in mud. He enjoyed more than anything to be able to make his friends and co-workers laugh. He talked about that often, expressing with heartfelt joy, “I love to make people laugh”
Joseph loved his country, was very patriotic, and looked forward to voting for the first time in the next election after his 18th birthday. He also planned to join the Marines after graduation. He was an accomplished musician, writing his own music, and excelling in guitar and drums. Joseph’s strong work ethic allowed him to stick with a project or commitment from start to finish, regardless of any opposition or unpleasantness that he may have encountered. He was so proud to buy his first car on his own.
Joseph’s family would like to welcome family and friends to attend a funeral mass to gather and pray for our Joseph on Saturday, December 15th at 11 AM in Saint Florian Church, 4263 Route 981, Mount Pleasant, PA 15666, with Father John A. Sedlak as celebrant. Interment will be private. We want to express our sincere appreciation to our family, friends, and neighbors for your expression of sympathy and generosity and hope that you will understand our wishes. We ask that you please pray for our Joseph and for us, his loving family, who will greatly miss our loving son. The Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home, Inc. in Latrobe has been entrusted with the arrangements.
