Nancy J. Corleto, 80 of Latrobe, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. She was born September 28, 1937 in Ligonier, a daughter of the late Roy and Elizabeth (Hauser) Verwelst.
Prior to retirement, Nancy was employed in food service by Seton Hill University in Greensburg. She was a former member of the former Full Gospel Church in Greensburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Corleto in 1969, an infant son, Joseph Corleto, two sisters, Shirley Strickler and Doris Taylor, and her grand dog Hannah. She is survived by two sons, Frank Corleto of Latrobe and Pete J. Corleto of Avonmore; three grandchildren: Josh, Jonathan, and Rachell Corleto, a brother, Clarence Verwelst, a sister, Betty Spillar (Chuck), a number of nieces and nephews, and her grand dog Maggie. Nancy loved her grandchildren and grand dogs dearly.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM in the Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home, Inc. 1500 Ligonier St., Latrobe. Services will be held Wednesday at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Donald W. Graff officiating. Private interment will be in Calvary Hill Cemetery.
