Obituary of William F. Tepper

William F. Tepper, 80, of Palm Bay, FL, formerly of Latrobe, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012 in Florida from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born June 27, 1932 in Latrobe, a son of the late William and Geraldine (Braden) Tepper. Bill was a graduate of St. Vincent College, the University of Michigan, and was a US Army veteran. Prior to his retirement, he was a music teacher with the Greater Latrobe Area School District. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Clara (McDowell) Tepper in 2004, and a granddaughter Olivia Hartman. Bill is survived by two children, Gary Tepper and his wife Pooran of Richmond, VA and Kathy Hartman and her husband Michael of Virginia Beach, VA, five grandchildren: Ryan and Roya Tepper, and Austin, Collin, and Kaden Hartman, his sister, Joan Rich and her husband Michael of Spring Hill, FL, and three nephews: Michael, Bruce, and Mark Rich. Friends will be received from 10 until 11 AM Saturday in the Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home, Inc. 1500 Ligonier Street in Latrobe. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. August B. Twigg officiating. Interment will follow in Unity Cemetery, Unity Township.
